Collection keeps track of the sets you own, how many copies you have, and how many are built.
What do Owned, Built, and Not Built mean?
Owned is the total number of copies you have. Built is the number of those copies that are assembled. Not Built is the difference between the two.
For example, if you own three copies and have built one, Baseplate shows three Owned, one Built, and two Not Built.
How do I change the number of copies?
In Collection, open Manage Copies from a set’s context menu or its details. You can also select the copy summary to edit the counts.
Update Owned and Built to match your collection. Building or unbuilding an existing copy changes its status without changing how many you own. If you reduce Owned when built copies exist, Baseplate asks which status to remove first.
How can I organize my collection?
Use named lists to group sets in a way that works for you. Lists contain unique sets rather than separate entries for each copy.
Search and filters help narrow your collection. The Built and Not Built filters include sets with at least one copy in that state, so a set with both can appear in either filter.
What happens to Wanted when I add a set?
Adding an owned or built copy removes the set from Wanted. Removing all owned copies later does not automatically put it back on your wishlist.
