This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on Taphouse Software’s website and our apps for iPhone and any other devices and platforms.

Information We Collect

Our Scorebook app collects some analytics data to help determine usage of the app. No personally identifiable information is stored on our servers or accounts that we have access to. These analytics are stored using Apple's CloudKit services. Our contact page features a form that will report back only the information you enter. This site does not use tracking cookies of any kind, and loads no external resources from other websites.

Services We Use:

We use the following third party services to support our apps and services:

  • Apple: Our apps are available for purchase using Apple's App Store. We send anonymous usage data to Apple's iCloud service, and crash reports are delivered by Apple for those users who have opted in to share that information.
  • Microsoft Azure: We use Microsoft Azure to power our image searches for games in Scorebook. No user data is transmitted, only the entered name of the game. These queries are not recorded anywhere, and the results are passed back to the app immediately.
  • Mailgun: The contact form on our website uses Mailgun to send the email. Only the content entered on the form is ever submitted, and communication with Mailgun is done over https for security.
  • Plasso: We use Plasso as a payment system for our consulting products. They are responsible for all of those financial transactions.

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
